Year 6 into Year 7 Open Evening Information

Year 6 into Year 7 Open Evening – Thursday 1st October 2026, 3:30pm – 7pm

We warmly invite prospective parents and Year 5 & 6 students to our Open Evening Event. During the evening you will be able to look around the school where you will see what opportunities there are here for your child; guided tours will be available through the evening. There will be displays of students’ work and a variety of exciting activities for your child to join in with. You will also have the opportunity to speak to our students and staff who are willing to answer any of your questions.

Please join Mr Conlon, Principal for a short presentation in the hall at 3:45pm, 4:30pm, 5:15pm, and 6pm. The presentation will provide you with information on secondary school life here at ICC.

Parents do not need to book for this evening.

Tours of the school

We would like to offer you and your child the opportunity to visit us during the school day when you will be able to view lessons and observe the calm teaching environment.  Mr Conlon, Principal will take you on a 30-40 minute tour and will be available to answer any of your questions.  The link to booking tour tickets has now gone live, please click on the book tours button below. Please note, you may book up to two adults tickets and children do not need a ticket to attend.

How to Use the West Sussex County Council School Catchment Map

  1. Open the West Sussex School Catchment Map

  2. Find Your Location

    • Zoom in on the map until you reach Crawley.

    • Then, click directly on your road or home address.

  3. View School Catchment Information

    • A pop-up window will appear showing your catchment schools

    • To see the secondary school, click the arrow (usually showing page 1/2 → 2/2) at the top of the pop-up.
